Refund Policy

Kiki Fine Jewels Refund Policy

Most of our jewelry items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, email us at support@kikifinejewels.com with photographic proof to request a refund.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Eligibility requires the item to be faulty or damaged; refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Please provide clear photos of the issue.
* Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) and personal care products. Additional non-returnable items include:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable digital products
* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method, minus a $5 return shipping deduction unless the fault is ours.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank account first if you haven’t received your refund. Contact your credit card company or bank for processing delays, then email support@kikifinejewels.com if the issue persists.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Kiki Fine Jewels replaces items only if defective or damaged. Email support@kikifinejewels.com with your order number and photos within 30 days, subject to availability, with a 2-4 week turnaround.

Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value; a gift certificate will be mailed upon receipt. If not marked as a gift or shipped to the giver, a refund goes to the giver, who will learn of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless due to a defect. Delivery times for replacements may vary by location.
